Abstract

In September 2019, Dumai municipality experienced deflation of 0.79 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 138.04 . The inflation rate for the calendar year (September 2019 against December 2018) is 1.28 percent and the inflation rate "year on year" (September 2019 toward September 2018) is 2.72 percent.
